To which countries can I be delivered?
FUEVE offers delivery in France and the EU.

What are the different delivery services?
Delivery to your home as well as the possibility of delivery to a relay point are the delivery solutions offered by our online shop.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free in Metropolitan France.
A €10 delivery charge applies for delivery within the EU.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, an e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number for your parcel. If you have any questions about your order, you can send us an e-mail at contact@fueveswimwear.com.

 

RETURNS

How do I make a return?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please send an e-mail to contact@fueveswimwear.com.

What is your returns policy?
You have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return it to our returns centre for a refund.

The sender is responsible for all costs associated with the return.
For customer service to accept the refund, the Product must be returned complete in its original packaging, undamaged, with its label attached, unworn, accompanied by all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

All returns must be made by a traceable method (Colissimo, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.) and the tracking number must be communicated to FUEVE.

Upon receipt of the returned Products in their original condition, you will be reimbursed for the amount of the purchases within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
